Service Description
A beginner-friendly class that focuses on the fundamentals of movement to enhance flexibility, strength, and balance. The majority of the class is spent practicing Matt exercise exercises on the floor, incorporating both Pilates and yoga movements. These exercises build a strong foundation for joint stability, improved posture, and better alignment. There is a strong emphasis on injury, prevention and mindful movement techniques, ensuring that each exercise is both gentle and effective. The class is designed to support spinal health and overall well-being, offering a holistic approach to wellness that increases energy and promotes body awareness.
